Upon “retirement,” he enjoyed driving the water truck for Dean Logging Company.
Bill enjoyed fishing, hiking, hunting, playing his guitar, attending grandchildren’s sporting events, and spending time with friends and family. Bill was an accomplished, self-taught guitarist who performed with many bands in the area throughout the years. He was known for his witty humor and ability to make people laugh.
He is survived by his wife Marilyn of 55 years at their home in Troy, his two children Kelly (Mickey) Johnson of Troy and Mark (Kathy) Boles of Nampa, his sister Rosemary Henson of Yakima and his brother Don (Martha) Boles of St. Maries, and four grandchildren Taylor, Jessica, Lisa, and Kyle. Gone, but not forgotten.
